RHINO ROOF SEALER leaves a clear light gloss film with a permeability rating of 24 perms, so your shingles keep breathing after sealing. It allows the water vapor to escape while blocking the larger water molecule. The water-based formula carries VOC content less than 50 gr/ltr, qualifies as a Green Safe low-VOC coating, and is manufactured in the USA.

Easy to Apply – Will Not Clog Your Sprayer
Apply by backpack, pump-up, or industrial airless sprayer, or brush and roller for smaller areas. Thin water-based formula will not clog your sprayer tip as it penetrates deep into the shingles and leaves a breathable topical film behind to protect the shingle roof and lock down shingle roof granules. Two coats at 250 to 350 sq ft per gallon per coat (average 300 sq ft per gallon). Clean up with soap and water.
